1. Kansas City Chiefs - Santonio Holmes
2. New Orleans Saints - Bobby Carpenter
2. New England Patriots - Nate Salley

Note that in the two mock drafts that went past the first round, Youboty was listed only once and Whitner wasn't listed at all...I sure hope that their decisions to leave early weren't in vain.

EDIT: I wonder if some of these mock drafts are considering seniors only...

This one is from footballsfuture.com - note the date when last updated, likely Mr. Davis will make changes soon?

First Round Mock Draft
By: Robert Davis | Updated: 1/03/2006
  1. Houston Reggie Bush, RB, USC
The biggest playmaker since Michael Vick.
  2. New Orleans Saints Matt Leinart, QB, USC
Aaron Brooks is on his way out, and Leinart can step in right away.
  3. Tennessee D'Brickashaw Ferguson, OT, Virginia
Stud left tackle is worthy of #1, but the Trojan backfield is also in this draft.
  4. N.Y. Jets Mario Williams, DE, North Carolina St.
Amazing upside as an all around end.
  5. Green Bay A.J. Hawk, LB, Ohio St.
Hawk would be an immediate upgrade and impact performer for the GB defense.
  6. San Francisco Haloti Ngata, DT, Oregon
Ngata commands a double team on every snap, and is a perfect fit at nose tackle.
  7. Oakland Jimmy Williams, DB, Virginia Tech
He would be a great fit in Silver and Black.
  8. Buffalo Eric Winston, OT, Miami
Mike Williams has not panned out, so they go back and try it again with a Top 10 tackle.
  9. Detroit Mathias Kiwanuka, DE, Boston College
They finally use a first rounder on the defensive side of the ball.
  10. Arizona Vince Young, QB, Texas
Green hopes to have another Culpepper on his hands.
  11. St. Louis Michael Huff, DB, Texas
With his talent at corner or safety, he's a great fit in the secondary.
  12. Cleveland Laurence Maroney, RB, Minnesota
His big play ability would be a nice compliment to Droughns steadiness.
  13. Baltimore Chad Greenway, LB, Iowa
The Ravens need offensive help, but Greenway is too good to pass up.
  14. Philadelphia Marcus McNeill, OT, Auburn
They need to find a way to keep McNabb healthy.
  15. Atlanta Darnell Bing, S, USC
The hard hitting playmaker would add physicality to their secondary.
  16. Miami Jonathan Scott, OT, Texas
With no QB on the board, OT is the next biggest need.
  17. Minnesota DeAngelo Williams, RB, Memphis
Mewelde Moore cannot be counted on as an everydown back. Williams could take their offense to another level.
  18. Dallas Laron Landry, S, LSU
Could form one of the better safety duos in the league with Roy Williams.
  19. San Diego Santonio Holmes, WR, Ohio St.
The Chargers have some steady intermediate receivers but Holmes brings playmaking ability to their corps.
  20. Kansas City Claude Wroten, DT, LSU
They focused on the defense last year, but did not address the interior DLine.
  21. New England DeMeco Ryans, LB, Alabama
The Patriots do not draft linebackers early but this year they do. Ryans is experienced and tough which makes him a good fit in NE.
  22. Denver(Was) Brodrick Bunkley, DT, Florida St.
Bringing in the entire Browns front wasn't enough.
  23. Tampa Bay Winston Justice, OT, USC
Justice has a ton of upside but might not be ready right away.
  24. Carolina Marcedes Lewis, TE, UCLA
The top TE in the draft would provide that red zone presence Muhsin Muhammad was before he left.
  25. Chicago Vernon Davis, TE, Maryland
The Bears would be ecstatic to land Davis or Lewis down this far in the draft.
  26. Cincinnati Rodrique Wright, DT, Texas
With one of the best offenses in the league, they turn to the defensive side of the ball.
  27. Pittsburgh LenDale White, RB, USC
White is made for the Steeler offense.
  28. N.Y. Giants Jesse Mahelona, DT, Tennessee
The offense has a lot of talent, but their interior DLine needs an upgrade.
  29. Jacksonville Tye Hill, CB, Clemson
The best cover corner in a weak corner draft is an ideal fit for Jacksonville.
  30. Denver Daryn Colledge, OT, Boise St.
Once a Bronco, always a Bronco.
  31. Seattle Tamba Hali, DE, Penn St.
    Could go higher come April.
  32. Indianpolis Ernie Sims, LB, Florida St.
For a team that is built on speed, there is not a better linebacker to add.

I mean the Browns did trade up one spot in the 1st round to select a TE in 2004. Nothing is out of the realm of possiblity with the way the Browns have drafted since 1999.

I suppose that spontaneously bursting into flame isn't outside the realm of possibility what you have to ask is what is likely. It is likely that the Browns will draft better now that there is new personnel in charge, that is one of the BIG reasons that Davis isn't there anymore.
