I've done some research and it appears that I have come down with Herpangina, a painful inflammation of the throat with small ulcers in the back of the mouth caused by the coxsackie virus (I know, I know, but it is real, I assure you). It can also cause more ulcers to appear in other parts of the mouth, making it seem like canker sores. It is spread like a cold, and usually expires in 5-7 days. Tomorrow will be the 5th day, so I hope I don't have to endure this for much longer. I do not wish this on anyone else, not even my worst enemy (well, maybe I wouldn't mind if a skunkbear or two couldn't speak for a week.)

Here's a link for anyone else who may have caught this virus recently:

They say the coxsackie virus runs rampant in Georgia....

The locals put a wad of Redman between their lips to draw out the poison.

I don't know what their husbands do. You could ask Woof.
