Cavs 09-10 Season (official thread)

I'm expecting a big 2nd after the Cavs cruise through the 1st. Just keep it close until then.

You're right about that lid, though.

Saw it last night. Ty Lawson (Nuggets) got called for it. Oddest play. Not saying it shouldn't ever get called, but it looks questionable a lot of the time.

Derron Williams went down and did the same thing a few minutes later and Denver got a blocking call.

Cavs will own the 2nd half

Still not worried...Cavs got it in the 4th.

Who was worried here? Celtics can't close, Lebron is great. Need something from Jamison next game.
Not I. :p

I think the script was already written for this game. Cavs were gonna start slow and turn it on. It's still taking a while for the team to gel, but they can get by on pure talent and momentum right now.

Short turnaround will be good. I expect a different script for Sunday. Go Cavs!

I'm surprised the Celtics didn't try Haq-a-Shaq down the stretch.

He shouldn't have been in there in the first place, but it worked out in the end. I about lost it when I saw him trying to guard Pierce at the top of the key outside the 3-pt. line.

It's time for Cleveland to put together 4 decent quarters. I'm tired of the light-switch routine. If this game were in Boston they're buried. They haven't played a legit 4 quarter game since March.

Time to dominate...do it.

boston gives up big leads, home or on the road. rondo played out of his mind, and KG was better than he's been all year, while cleveland got very little from most of their supporting cast and they still won. if boston needs rondo to drop 27 every night and shoot 30% higher from the FT line than his season average, they are in trouble.
