CB Jeff Okudah (1st Team Unanimous All-American, Houston Texans)

I have heard a lot of recruits over the years comment about how impressive of a fan base we have. Also saw lots of comments about how well represented the Buckeyes were in Norman for this game, particularly getting out an O-H-I-O chant at one point.

That kind of representation, on the road to an upper tier type school would have to be impressive. Can you imagine an opposing team "taking over" CBus or getting a chant going in the shoe?

I'd think that would be as impressive as the beat down that happened on the field.

Staff member of 11W basically stated that Okudah is already a silent commit. Bottom of this page:

Wow! Andrew Ellis, the 11W staff that posted the above, said that it was revealed to the OU team that posted the news. If so, what a terrible move by the OU staff. Reminds me of what happened to the LB from MD last year... Keandre Jones, if I remember right.

That would seem to be an awful lot of saltiness coming from Norman. Maybe all of the salt came from tears?

Doesn't Okudah want to play CB instead of Saftey? why all the comments of him replacing Hooker ?
No, he's a S, but more like the Tyvis Powell/Vonn Bell types that are versatile enough to play both positions. But he has ball hawking ability like Hooker. Kid is an absolute stud that can lineup all over the secondary, but will be a center fielder FS, IMO.
