CB Jermaine Mathews, Jr. (Official Thread)

Very much so, with his summer camp showings and senior film, I thought it would be impossible not to up his rating big time and kudos to 247 for doing so. Now we have 2 of the top 3 CB's in the country with Simpson-Hunt up there.
RB, do you or does anybody have a feel on how on3 is in their rankings being a pretty new service. Tbh, they sometimes come across to rank Ohio State commits much higher than other services. Are there any homers involved with them? Would like to see how their rankings compare to on field results in a few years for sure

Well earned, after watching his film I am convinced he is the at least a top 5 DB in the '23 class and maybe the best CB overall (McClain is tough to argue against though if being objective). I wouldn't be surprise to see Mathews man one of the starting spots at CB at some point next year, he is that good.
