Thanks to the Cavs resting everybody in their last home game, and the Bulls not being able to handle Toronto at home, the Bulls drop to the 7 spot to face the defending champs.

Uh-Oh...

Garnett could miss postseason

WALTHAM, Mass. (AP) -- Boston Celtics coach Doc Rivers says there is a strong possibility that Kevin Garnett will miss the whole postseason.
The All-Star forward has missed most of the last two months with a strained right knee. He had been recovering with an eye towards the playoffs, but Rivers said he had to shut Garnett down at practice Thursday morning and "there's no way" he could play right now.
Rivers said on a radio show that Garnett was frustrated but understood that it was the right thing to do.
The defending NBA champions begin the best-of-seven first round series against the Chicago Bulls on Saturday.

I will miss him pounding his chest and screaming motherfucker on live TV...

All joking aside, I will miss that emotion in the play-offs. That's what it's all about getting into the game and playing as hard as you can for your team, fans, and that NBA Championship ring. It's what makes the level of play increase and my interest increase.

It just doesn't have to entail pounding your chest and screaming motherfucker on live TV...

Which is what I'm willing to step in and do for KG in this situation.

I never much cared for Garny myself. His antics screaming at the Cavs fans last year pissed me off. The Celtics are lucky to survive this one- I'd say in 6 they do. But when they get to see the Magic? They'll be lucky for Dwight to give them a game.

Derrick Rose is no longer a rookie. 30 points and counting, his highest total in any game this year.

I thought the Celts might still have enough to get by the Bulls in 7 without KG. From what I'm seeing today I now have my doubts.
