The Celtics win the first 2 games at home but frankly they were two of the shittiest wins I've ever seen. Game Two was especially bad, as Billups didn't dress and Stoudemire missed the entire second half with back spasms. Still, Boston barely escaped in the final 2 minutes.

Their half court offense sucks. They look like a bunch of old guys standing around, except for Rondo who saved their asses tonight with 30 points.

87-85
96-93

Two wins, yes, but little reason to expect any sort of run if this is the best they can do, offensively, barely averaging over 90 points against a bad defensive team.

I agree. It's amazing how much this team has seemingly aged in the course of one year. I originally thought they could knock the Heat out, but now I'm thinking the Heat would take them down in 5.

I disagree.

This year the Celtics aren't going to blow anyone out of the gym, but they're the type of team that will keep every game close. I just can't see any team pulling away from the Celtics in a playoff game.

Offensively, they aren't shooting well so hopefully it evens out in the next series and guys like Pierce and Garnett start hitting the open J.

I think Doc and the team are just fine with every game going down to the wire. I just wish they had more beef up front, especially when facing a team like Miami that tries to attack the rim from the perimeter. Jermain O-Neal isn't scaring anyone....

Celts beatin' that ass in the Garden tonight, up by 23 with 86 points on the board thru 3 quarters. Rondo already has a triple double, but Spike Lee is wearing a cute orange cape. :lol:
