Cincinnati Bengals (2011 Season)

Heard lots of good things about their pick on the Boise St S...seems like a lot of people are raving about the Bengals draft..I'm liking it, no boneheaded picks (unlike the browns)

Only complaint is they didn't trade up into the late 2nd rd to get a RB

You still mad, bro? WE GOT BOOM!

   Love this pick. I honestly like Polk but of course I'm a homer and Boom works just fine for me. I really think his running style translates well as a solid change of pace back. I think Green-Ellis will be a solid one guy, with Herron changing the pace at two, and Scott coming in on 3rd down situations and some sweeps. Although I was hoping for a slasher/speed guy, I think Herron is in great shape to make an instant impact here.

P.S...just about all the gurus are raving on our draft. Not that it means anything, other than our fans and the analysts alike love this draft. Can't wait for the 2012/13 season!

I think it should be noted that this is the first bengal draft since they hired two full time scouts from outside the family circle...and it seems they have had great value at every pick...Herron is a steal here! Glad he's a Bengal!

Vontaze Burfict is now a Bengal.

The draft that keeps giving. I was hoping he would have gone in the 6th round, but no complaints since they snagged up Dan Herron AND ended up getting Burfict as well.

A- draft, IMO. Would be an A+ had they gotten DeCastro.
