Cleveland Browns (2012 season)

Oh I was excited we took him too...I just find making judgements at this stage a bit ludicrous, no matter what team it is. They are rookies, they are going to get banged up and they are not going to know what the hell they are doing for a while. No reason to panic.

I don't even mind much if he sits majority of the preseason. I just want him healthy. He's a weapon, there is no question. Double edged sword to taking any RB in the 1st round though. Now I'm just praying we don't experience a giant set back with his knee any further.

I won't lie. I was excitd as all hell when we took him. I also realize here are tons of "safer" options - its the gamble the FO took. We'll see how this pans out...

well, cleveland could have taken blackmon, who just now signed, and got arrested for having a BAC close enough to kill a small horse.

or morris "gump" claiborne, who's having extensive tests done on his knee right now and isn't practicing at all.

my comment on decastro was tongue in cheek for a handful of people that fondled themselves over the guy and almost slit their wrists when the "best guard in a decade" fell to the late 20's.

Plus, we got Hardesty and Jackson to back him up so I am not worried at all.

Richardson to see Dr. James Andrews. It's my fault. I bought the goddamned jersey.

Haden rumor

Here we go
Multiple sources tell ESPN Cleveland that the NFL is currently reviewing a failed drug test by Browns cornerback Joe Haden that could result in a four-game suspension.

One source said that Haden tested positive for the prescription drug Adderall during a routine, off-season test administered in accordance with the NFL?s policy on anabolic steroids and related substances.

Another on the same topic...

It just keeps getting better and better, Cleveland fans :slappy:

Can they please administer it at the end of the season, when the Browns are traditionally fucking up their draft position?

The league hasn't officially announced the suspension yet, so it shouldn't be all doom-and-gloom for the Browns

LOL. We're beyond doom and gloom. Shit's so bad that stuff like this doesn't really matter anymore.

Nothing will ever change with this franchise. You could clone Joe Montana, Jerry Rice, Jim Brown, the Hogs OL, and the '85 Bears defense, then re-animate Vince Lombardi to coach them, and this team would still go 5-11.
