Cleveland Cavs (2016 NBA Champions)

No offense, but I think you're very badly mistaken. Irving was the first pick in last year's draft after playing a total of what, eight college games? So far, Irving has shown brilliantly why that was the case. I'll make a gentleman's bet, barring injury, Irving will be a much better player next year.

I would compare Irving to Derrick Rose. I'm of the opinion that usually, a great basket ball team is run by the point guard. Irving is a future all star.
Stats to date, look at the shooting percentage and the assists:

Walker, I would compare to a young Baron Davis. He's a very nice player, but will never win league MVP. Stats to date, again look at at the shooting percentage and assists.

Williams may end up being a better player than Thompson, but so far he hasn't proven it. They both have played the same minutes per game and Thompson has better numbers with FG%, Rebounds, Blocks. Below are their stats.

I'm going to assume you haven't watched either of those guys play this season because neither one has been more than pedestrian so far.

Hell, I'd rather have Brandon Knight over Kemba Walker at this point in the NBA season. Granted, I wouldn't take either over Kyrie.

you obviously dont watch the cavs or much of the NBA...tristan has had some bad games lately but has shown flashes of why he should of been the #4 pick in the draft...kemba walker is not even a tenth of the PG Irving is...Irving is by far the best pick in the draft...kemba is a good scoring guard but thats it...as far as a facilitator he is not near as good...Irving is the complete package...Thompsons offense will come as he gets better...but he has been very good defensively so far...once you watch more of the NBA, come back and then we can have a somewhat constructive conversation

Because I'd choose different players means I don't watch the NBA? Great logic there.

Did I mention anything about Kemba being better than Kyrie? No. If you had paid attention you would have noticed that I put Williams name first. Which would mean that I believe he should have been selected with the number 1 pick. I'd take Knight over Kemba, but I mistakenly wrote Kemba instead. If Knight wasn't available then Kemba would be the next best option.

And of course Kemba isn't as good of a facilitator, he's more of a 2 than a PG.

Your response reminds me of Cavs fans from 2007-10 when I said LeBron wasn't the best player in the league.

there is still no universe where derrick williams is a better player than kyrie irving. none. the comment about you not watching the nba was an obvious statement as nobody that has actually watched any of these guys play so far would state that they'd take derrick williams and any one of knight, walker et. all over the two guys cleveland took.

and, as much as I hate him, lebron is the best player in the nba, and has been for years. so stating that you've said repeatedly that he's not only makes you look more foolish.

I do believe that Williams isn't asked to do as much as Kyrie. Not even saying he's better now, but I believe he could potentially be a superstar. If you don't agree,

That's your opinion that he's the best player. Acting as if it's a fact would be classified as foolish.

if by not asked to do as much, you mean coming off the bench because he doesn't even start, then yes. but seriously, actually watch some nba games. it's really not close.
