Cleveland Cavs (2016 NBA Champions)

That's a bit hyperbolic isn't it? I get being pessimistic, and it's obviously going to be tough going forward, but they came back to make this a game. Now going back home, it only follows that this will swing back in their favor. It'll come down to 6 or 7.
Hyperbolic? Really? There are only three games left in the series, and it's certainly not inconceivable that Toronto could win the next two of them. Especially because the Raptors have all the momentum and the Cavs are in the midst of an epic meltdown.

Cavs will win game 5, no doubt. But their inability to make game 5 a closeout game could end up leaving the door open for Team Canada to win a game 7. I still dontdon't think they do, maybe even lose to the Cavs in game 6, but this now let's Valaciunas to possibly be 100%, or close to it by game 7. Imagine replacing their garbage minutes at the PF position, and every second Bismack is on the bench, with an all star caliber player who hasn't been involved the entire series that is now tied 2-2.

Without a healthy, or nearly healthy Valaciunas I completely agree. Which is why game 5 I wouldn't sweat if I were a cavs fan. But if it gets to a game 7, it could be close.

The cavs played their 2 worst games of the playoffs these last 2 games. Id like to hope theyll pull their heads out of their asses. But we will still.

In a game in which Lebron is shooting 69% and the rest of the starters shoot 38%, someone HAS to tell Lebron to take more than 16 shots in 46 minutes of action. So many times he got inside the key, with a good look at the rim and he looks to pass. Come on, Magic, you gotta do it yourself sometimes. Kevin Love, 4-14. JR Smith, 3-12. TT, per usual, is a black hole on offense. Show 'em who the best player in the world is in Game 5.

If the Cavs are in the midst of "an epic meltdown" what the hell are the Warriors doing? They set a season wins record and now trail their series 2-1. They probably won't win another game, either! :panic:

Toronto finished ONE game behind Cleveland. To expect a sweep was a bit over the top, as is calling a 2-2 series an epic meltdown.

I think it's being called a meltdown because they have played absolutely terrible basketball for most of the last two games. Also, two of their biggest "weaknesses", Bad Kevin Love and Kyrie's "defense" have reared their ugly heads. It's not just that they lost, but how they've lost. Throw in Cleveland's postseason history, and of course fans are gonna be on edge. We've seen this story play out countless times, and it never ends well.

But, yes, Golden State is in serious trouble, too. Of course, they also found themselves down 2-1 to the Cavs in the Finals last year...
