The first night was fun. Then starting around 5AM or so, we couldn't connect consistently. Kinda killed the buzz.

Same with last night. It worked great for about an hour, then connection issues started up.

I've played one game today and now I can't connect to any lobbies or anything else and I'm not going to keep rebooting to my machine to fix their server issues. Back to NCAA 13 for me.

As usual, they get hammered the first few days of release, it should be resolved by Friday ("Resolved", :lol:)

I played for about 5 hours with my brother last night, and we didn't have a single issue with lag, disconnects/boots, or anything. We seriously got 5 straight hours without a hiccup, from 8EST to 1EST.

I'm still just as happy with it. The knifing system is so much better, they've made it so you have to be up on the person to get a kill. Now, there are still times when you'll get a shitty "knife through bullets" situation, but I only had that happen once.

Weapons are fun, Pick 10 system is awesome, weapons/score streaks aren't absurdly overpowered. They've made it so you can't use lethal grenades for the first 5 seconds, so no more grenade spamming to start matches.

Honestly, my biggest complaints with the COD franchise have always been knifing and lag. The fact that I haven't experienced either of those with BOII, and that it's just different enough to feel fresh, make this a great experience for me.

There's this new thing called "Black Hat" that allows you to hack equipment/destroy UAV's etc. Anyway, I was playing domination and a dude threw c4 onto the flag, which I immediately hacked. The range on the thing is impressive, so I was pretty far away from the flag. Anyway, the entire team dolphin dives onto the flag, I detonate the c4, quad kill. Hahaha, the rage was amazing.
