After 7 long years in Tallahassee, Florida, the plant where I worked closed. The good news is - I ended up back in Ohio as a result.

The company I just left closed. I can't say more: I signed a non-disparagement agreement so as to get paid a pile of severance cash.

The new company is growing like crazy - in a down economy.

--------------------------------------------------------------

The company I just left had a blue and yellow logo.

The new company has a Scarlet & Grey logo.
Coincidence?

Side Question: Can the numerous lawyers on the board (57 of whom are BKB) weigh in on whether outing the colors of the logo violates the non-disparagement agreement?

Duh, you are screwed. I'm not a lawyer, but this is a clear case of disparagement if you ask me. If you hope to hold onto your severance pay, you'd better transfer it somewhere quick, like to me. I promise I'll give it back when the storm blows over.
