Yeah, one goal would have set that place off. It was a funny reaction by the crowd at full time. No one was sure how to feel. And it was oddly silent for about 20 seconds. :lol:

Do not have access to all Columbus Dispatch articles but

This might be old news to some of you guys but my wife, who listens to the local radio much more than me, has informed me that the MLS really does not want a team in Columbus and that the current owner was already thinking about a move when he purchased the team.

There may be something to the latest the Columbus Foundation push, but it’s a fleeting, last chance effort.

My uncle says it’s a foregone conclusion at this point. This has been a concerted effort/plan in the works for a LONG time.

I hope Meram shows us something early in the 2nd half. I think with the possibility of a PK shootout, you can’t take him off (unless they have trust in Manneh). But bringing on Raitala or Jimenez as an extra defensive body may not be a bad idea. Three CBs for the entire 90 worries the shit out of me.
