I gave him the GPA by accident...:pirate1:

Not 22, but I talked to someone who has always had solid info and he think both Bryant and Anderson get offered and possibly soon.

Good news. I think Bryant is a no-brainer and there is no sense in waiting. Ditto with Anderson, too good of an athlete to pass up.

Irish are 17th school to offer Bryant

Defensive back Christian Bryant (Cleveland, Ohio/Glenville) has landed scholarship offer No. 17. His latest offer has come from Notre Dame.

"They actually offered about two weeks ago," Bryant said. "But I just got the paper in the mail (on Monday). The written letter said I have a full scholarship offer."

The 5-foot-11, 175-pound Bryant played mostly safety during his junior season. He intercepted two passes and returned one for a touchdown. Bryant also played a little cornerback and could play either position in college.

Bryant's scholarship offer list includes Tennessee, Michigan State, Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, Indiana, Maryland, West Virginia and Stanford. He said he was glad to receive the offer from the Fighting Irish, but does not consider it special.

"It's not really any different," Bryant said. "I want to stay humble, but I'm getting use to it. It's another offer I have to look at."

Bryant is busy running track for the Tarblooders, so he has not visited any colleges this spring. He plans to attend Ohio State's spring game and possibly West Virginia's spring game.
