DB Dustin Fox (National Champion)

Heard this morning that he is dealing with some serious issues.

Anyone know of this?

Dustin Fox Dealing with Health Issues, Suggests He Might Be Done at 92.3 The Fan

Fox says he will “be back as soon as he can.”

Dustin Fox, co-host of Afternoon Drive on 92.3 The Fan in Cleveland, posted this morning on X that he’s been dealing with serious health issues. Fox, who won a BCS National Championship at Ohio State and played for both the Philadelphia Eagles and Buffalo Bills, is also a college football analyst for ESPN.

In a since deleted tweet (Fox turned off his account on X), Fox said “thanks for the well wishes y’all. I’ll be fine. Just won’t be on the air for a little while. Gotta take care of my health.”

Fox has been a staple of The Fan’s afternoon show teaming with Nick Wilson weekdays from 2p-7p. He previously partnered in afternoons with Adam The Bull.

After revealing he’d be off the air for a while to address his health, social media provided an outpouring of support. Fox tweeted that unless you have been there, no one knows the trauma it takes on your brain and your family. He expressed his gratitude to the NFL for providing help, and later thanked ESPN for being supportive as well.

I enjoyed the Bull & Fox, but haven't gotten into it as much with Nick Wilson replacing Bull.

Fox has had his fair share of issues in the past, including his break he took for some thoughtful DM's he sent to some ladies....and it doesn't sound like that was the first time either.
