DE Jaylahn (JT) Tuimoloau (Owner, Giant Erector Set, All B1G)

In my personal opinion, each passing day is bad for tOSU.

Since we are the presumptive number one, it means JTT has something to think about.

Just like when a jury is taking a long time to come to a decision, it usually means that there are one or more who think "not guilty" is the way to go. Whereas a quick decision likely means guilty. The assumes that the prosecutor would normally only run a strong case, not one that few believed in.

I hate to be a downer and a nagger, but I thought the CDC said you were supposed to wear a mask at airports? I am surprised that the tOSU coaches were not arrested by the two police officers who were not wearing masks:

Eh it can be easily argued the opposite. The longer the glow from his Oregon visit wears off after his visit isn't exactly a win for them either.

Meh. Would be shocked if this decision wasn’t already decided. Probably setting up a way to profit off it or something

I was thinking this is a guy who has been willing to drag it out this long, maybe he gave himself a set date to let everything soak in and come to his final conclusion. It could be Ohio State this whole time but he’s weighing any possible reason to choose Oregon in some set timeframe, not that he will…at least I hope

if that deadline were one week, it would be tomorrow, or some have speculated July 4th, though JTT and fireworks/big splashes aren’t exactly a match in word association

I have learned a lot the last 20 years following recruiting, and I don't think any of it applies to this particular recruit.

If I had to take a wild and uninformed guess at where we are, it is that a decision has been made and the delay relates to controlling how that decision is announced.

This is also the first recruit who could do serious market research on where he is worth the most.
