Beevis once said if he had breasts he would never leave the house. I don't know about that but if you add Snyders buffalo flavored pretzel bites and Two Hearted Ale by Bells to the list I might have to agree. Talk about the perfect trifecta.

Watch 44-year-old mother of six shatter women's beer mile world record

This past weekend, runner and mother of a six-pack (of kids, probably abs, too) Chris Kimbrough shaved an incredible 13 seconds off the existing women's beer mile world record that stood since 1997.

The Austin, Texas-based Kimbrough finished in an incredible 6:28.6 in her first attempt at the event, besting Seanna Robinson's 6:42.0.

Though the beer mile was once just a goofy, boozy pursuit (well, it still is, sort of), serious runners and drinkers and running drinkers specifically train for the event now. In fact the inaugural Beer Mile World Championships will take place Dec. 3 in Austin.

I'll admit it, I don't drink beer. I generally had 0 interest in it to begin with as a drink (I may have a drink every few months, tops. Alcohol is too damn expensive), and then I got a free 4 beer flight and remembered the real reason I don't and never will drink beer; its carbonated. Makes no different that it gets that way naturally, carbonated drinks of any kind are a no go for me, because my body rebels if I have much of anything carbonated past a few sips.
