I may be nobody but I still hate 'em. Obviously not that important at this point in the year but if asked I gotta say get some gray back in them. Our colors are not scarlet and black.

Our colors may be scarlet and gray, but I don't mind not seeing any gray on the stripes, the pants and the helmet are gray in the first place. Plus, the stripes match the helmet stripes more and the majority of the whole uniform is gray with having the gray pants and the gray helmet. I don't think it should really matter about just a couple stripes changing on the uniform, we are still Ohio State, and we are going to play like we always have played whether we were wearing our new jerseys or the old ones.

We'll have to agree to disagree on that one. To me they're way too white, and are a completely different type of gray than the helmet.

Which is why I can't figure out why they didn't rollback the pant stripes also... the pants used to match the helmet as well.

Reflecting on the season and these jersey's, I must say they were better than I thought they were going to be. However, I still think these jerseys could use some gray. jwins, anyway you could hook up a picture of these new jerseys in action and add in a thin gray stripe on the top and bottom of the black, white, red stripe making it gray, black, white, red, white, black, gray? I'm very interested to see how those would look, because I think one of the major things I have against these new jerseys is that the stripes all together are too thin. I also think that the old format maybe was too bulky, but adding in these 2 gray stripes would make a nice happy medium for the size of the stripes and the colors. That would be the ultimate comprimise in my mind to make these new jerseys really cool!

Anyways, as for now, though, I still like the old jerseys better.

I get the feeling from some of the posters on this thread that they'd rather be watching that creepy old lady who watches celebrities walk into awards shows just to see what clothes they're wearing.

I actually like the new stripes on the away white's better, but the home Scarlet's just don't look as good as the old ones.

And I definitely agree with JWins that the pants pretty much suck right now.

OSU supplied me with exactly what I've been arguing for in these discussions... old pant color, new jerseys. Matching (black) stripes on the pants aren't a big deal to me.

Check out the old pants (worn in practice) w/ the new jerseys, from the spring game. Compare that with the offwhite/dust pants we currently wear.

Either remove our "silver" helmet (which is classic) or make the pants match. If metallic pants are too logical Nike, at least make the pants somewhat similar.

I dont understand what all the uproar is about. The jersey is basically a throwback from the mid to late eighties when Champion was the manufacturer. All Nike did was add the Dri Fit stretch material to the jersey. I would like to see the shiny pants come. They compliment the helmets.

I would also like to see tOSU use BIKE helmets. Riddell helmets just look funny to me.

OSU jerseys being released this year: Freeman, Jenkins, Hartline/Rose, Wells, Laurinaitis, Robiskie.

What jersies are people plannin on buyin this year? I think I might go with the #9 Hartline/Rose jersey (or maybe Freeman cause I think a #1 jersey would be sweet).
