Oi, trees/forest (or is it forest/trees?). Language is dynamic and unless it is a published piece (or an exceptionally gross misuse of the language) pointing out grammatical errors is pedantic. Hammered out all my college papers (plus a failed novel or two) on one like this:
Being a Remington it also doubled as home security. Sucker weighed about 25#. Suddenly overcome with melancholy. I've been through probably 30 odd pc's and never gave a second thought about dumpstering one when the time came. That Remington though....is in some family member's basement somewhere. Sigh.....(yeah, tried an electric but it just had no soul).
