Maybe, but if think that the actual head-to-head between MSU and OSU would hold some meaning if that were the case.

That said, I do like how this is trending right now for Corley.

Near the end someone near him just said "go buckeyes" or something like that and he smiled big. Also talked about how msu didn't tail off its just the other teams raised up their efforts. I think this will end well for the good guys.

Would love to get him on campus!

With what we are losing this year to the draft and graduation, I think this is a big opportunity to land a few really good guys like Corley. Immediate playing time is absolutely in the picture with a lot of new starters next season. I think there's a good chance we land him.

Not to mention it is not a bad thing selling the fact that "look, come here and go to the league after 3 years like all of these guys" lol. It is not all a negative losing all of these guys.

4-Star Michigan Receiver Donnie Corley Deciding Saturday at Army All-American Bowl

With the Buckeyes losing three starting receivers from the 2015 team, replacing them with talented 2016 prospects is a must. Fortunately for Ohio State, they could get one step closer to doing that on Saturday.

Four-star receiver Donnie Corley (6-3 187) out of Detroit Martin Luther King High School will be choosing between Ohio State, Michigan State, Tennessee and Michigan during this weekend's Army All-American Bowl.

The Spartans were considered the leader for Corley for quite a while, but the Buckeyes have closed the gap so well that some recruiting analysts — like Steve Wiltfong from 247Sports — have Corley ultimately choosing Ohio State.
The Army All-American Bowl is set for a 1:00 pm kickoff this Saturday on NBC.

It's kinda hard to turn down the opportunity to play both ways early. Plus they need a playmaker in the worst way. Good luck
