Donnie Corley (Dismissed from Sparty)

I know the impact of individual games is usually minimal at best, but perhaps the head to head results vs. Bama between MSU and OSU were enough to tip the scales. It revealed pretty clearly that one program is elite and the other has a ways to go.
Maybe, but if think that the actual head-to-head between MSU and OSU would hold some meaning if that were the case.

That said, I do like how this is trending right now for Corley.

Near the end someone near him just said "go buckeyes" or something like that and he smiled big. Also talked about how msu didn't tail off its just the other teams raised up their efforts. I think this will end well for the good guys.

Would love to get him on campus!

With what we are losing this year to the draft and graduation, I think this is a big opportunity to land a few really good guys like Corley. Immediate playing time is absolutely in the picture with a lot of new starters next season. I think there's a good chance we land him.

4-Star Michigan Receiver Donnie Corley Deciding Saturday at Army All-American Bowl

DonnieCorley.jpg

With the Buckeyes losing three starting receivers from the 2015 team, replacing them with talented 2016 prospects is a must. Fortunately for Ohio State, they could get one step closer to doing that on Saturday.

Four-star receiver Donnie Corley (6-3 187) out of Detroit Martin Luther King High School will be choosing between Ohio State, Michigan State, Tennessee and Michigan during this weekend's Army All-American Bowl.

The Spartans were considered the leader for Corley for quite a while, but the Buckeyes have closed the gap so well that some recruiting analysts — like Steve Wiltfong from 247Sports — have Corley ultimately choosing Ohio State.
