According to Stanford they are both going to announce on 11/9 but it sounds like that already could be delayed. More info should trickle out today. The Bank is all over this one.

Not sure where he got the name "The Bank". Might be because he says "take it to the bank" or because he is made fun of for being frugal and all his money goes in the bank. Not sure.

Bill Greene got the nickname "The Bank" because (unlike many others in his profession that would say a kid was 60% likely to go to some school) he only gives out information that he is 100% sure off it. He misses once in awhile, but not very often.
