  • At work, I was watching an ESPN show that had Joey Galloway and David Pollack talking about upcoming national title game, when one of my co-workers said, "They sure have a lot of Ohio State guys", referring to the amount of Buckeye alumni on ESPN's payroll for football coverage. Running the names through my head, here are the names of Buckeyes who are either game commentators or analysts for football:

    Kirk Herbstreit
    Cris Carter
    Joey Galloway
    Robert Smith
    Chris Spielman

Additionally, I think Eddie George works for Fox.

    Have I forgotten anyone?

If we're going to start talking basketball, you need to keep Jim Jackson and, especially, Clark Kellogg at the top of the list.

It's been interesting, too, to hear Matt Sylvester doing some color commentary.

Watt Wilhelm does some analysis, but not on ESPN, a local station up here in CLE I believe
