Muse. I also really like Silversun Pickups, Smashing Pumpkins, 30 Seconds To Mars(catchy melodies, IMO), Red Hot Chili Peppers, and Eminem. I don't listen to a ton of music so my knowledge of good bands is limited.

I love Silversun Pickups...if anyone likes Smashing Pumpkins, they should check out this band too. They're a little more mellow, but have sooo much potential.

sounds very fimiliar living in Austin.......there are a thousand bands that go through there that "sound like someone".....

I tell my kids that I am so old, I remember when MTV showed music videos.

In about 5 years I will tell them how, after a night of serious partying and rolling in barely before their grandfather got up for work, I saw MTV come on the air and saw the 1st video. (At the time, I thought my level of being wasted was unprecendented )
