Eddie....TGII is quickly becoming a contender, though.
Whitner and Doss are pretty close as far as defensive players go. Damon Moore is hard to leave out, and the linebackers from the past season were awesome to watch as a group.
Also, anyone who scored against scUM, tackled a scUM player, had "fuck michigan" run through their head at any time in their life, or played on a tOSU team that beat scUM gets honorable mention.

Troy Smith

I have to go with Troy Smith. He's the Wolverine Killa. Damn, that pass play to Anthony Gonzales is up there with Terry Bradshaw to Lynn Swann.

TG2 is a close second. What's not to like about Pittman.

After that, the whole team. It'll be great to see this D grow and watch those who will step up. It all starts with the line.

Stanley Jackson or Steve Bellisorry....I can't decide.....
But really my favorite as of now is Ginn and of all time was Mike Doss. He was 100% buckeye, came back for his senior year, a great guy, and played his heart out. Also the Big Kat was fun to watch.

I have to agree with Germaine. That comeback was just amazing. I liked Eddie a lot too. My favorite from the last 5 years is definetly Ginn. He is just too much fun to watch. Hawk in a close second and my favorite defensive player.
