I have to add Buca Di Beppo. Best italian food EVER - Robinson town center (Pitt). There is one in CBUS too, but I havent been there.

Grad--I've been to Hyman's and really enjoyed it--esp. the shrimp and grits, and the boiled peanuts they put out on the tables like most restaurants do bread.

I haven't been back in a few years, but there used to be a couple in Columbus, including a new location in the arena district (I think).

My favorites:
Cap City Diner in Cbus
Thurman's in Cbus, German Village
Continental Divide in Charlottesville, Va
A Carrol's Bistro in Williamsburg, Va
Any local bbq joint in southern Va or the Carolinas

Seriously though, I get something different every time I'm there. Haven't been disappinted yet. If you like Key Lime Pie, my buddy always gets that and says it's the greatest. I tried it once, it was pretty good, but I'm not that big into Key Lime Pie.

Hey, there's a breakfast place a couple miles from the Power Plant development....Tommy's. Greatest $4 breakfast ever. I always go there before I leave town.

Captain Curts - Siesta Key, FL

great place, great food, very loyal to the OSU Alumni. The Alumni group meets there for games and they even have a shirt that the front is similar to the OSU logo and it says "we support Ohio State Football".

2 minute walk to the beach... awesome!

Any small place on the docks in Portland, ME for clams.
Kennedy Center Sunday Brunch.
Graeters for ice cream
Mings in Huntington, WV for Polynesian - its closed now.

I'll add:
Carmines in West Palm Beach...
Swensons in Akron for burgers...
Ken Stewarts was pretty good (chicken philo)..
and barberton chicken houses
best ice cream is Stricklands near the bowl...
