1) Brian Regan - one of the funniest "clean" comics I have ever seen. I laugh just thinking about his bits about the spelling bee and the donut lady. How this guy doesn't have his own show is beyond me. He belongs right under Carlin for me. http://www.brianregan.com/index.shtml

Damn straight Loky!! He is my Fav comedian. I went to a show of his up in Cleveland and he was so freaking hillarious, his You too! and Plural bits are soo funny.

Brian's grade school teacher: Brian what's the i before e rule?
Brian: i before e.......always.
Teacher: No Brian, it's i before except after c and when sounding like a as in neighbor and weigh and on weekends and hoidays and in the month of may and you will be wrong Brian no matter what you say!
Brian: That's a hard rule.

Waitress: enjoy your meal
Brian: You too! Oh you don't have one do ya? Well, when you do eat enjoy it then at that time. don't look at me I'm a moron... I don't when to say "you too", I can't handle it!.

I've seen him live twice and and was great both times. He's been one of my favorites for years. I have his CD and I played it when I made the trip down here to Florida. People passing me on the highway must have thought there was something wrong with me because I was laughing my ass off as I drove through Indiana... and I was the only one in the car :) He's got a DVD coming out soon. He's got a ton of great material.

Richard Pryor is the God of Comedy to me.

My demi-god is Sam Kinison.

Both are comic geniuses, that can't be touched by mere mortals.

All the others previously mentioned are great.

Denis Leary is too much, especially his old-school smoking routine (and I'm no a smoker). His current drama "Rescue Me" is really good, too.
I've caught a couple of Rescue Me episodes and it reminds me of the first year of the Sopranos. Good stuff and well-written dialogue.
