Final Four: Go Big Ten!

Chances of an all big 10 title game

I've seen the odds for the games Illini is favored by 2.5 over louisville, and UNC is favored by 5 over MSU, but what do you guys think about our chances of having an all big ten title game.

I think MSU matches up with UNC better than Kentucky would have, so they have a chance. Illinois and Louisville is gonna be sweet, I can't wait. Let's hope Illinois doesn't have another lapse like against 'Zona.

I was under the impression that the Big 10 was the only conference to have two teams in the championship game, 1976, Indiana vs Michigan, but the Big 12 in 1988 had Kansas and Oklahoma and in 85 Villanova went up against Georgetown, not sure if they were in the same conference at the time. A MSU - ILL final would set history for the conference.

I think the Illini will pull it together they should be able to take out L'ville. I'm worried about MSU, UNC might be to strong of a team.:paranoid:

Are you sure? Why not 2-in-4 or 50/50? :wink2:

In case you're not being sarcastic:

Semifinal game: Michigan State plays North Carolina
Semifinal Game: Illinois plays Louisville

There are four potential title game matchups:
1. Michigan State plays Illinois (our Big Ten vs Big Ten game)
2. Michigan State plays Louisville
3. North Carolina plays Illinois
4. North Carolina plays Louisville

Thus, your 1-in-4 chnace of an all Big Ten final.

And if you were indeed being sarcastic, trust me, there are those who didn't know it was a 1-in-4 chance.
