Game Thread Game Five: Penn State 17, Ohio State 10 (Final)

I'm right here and have zero problem with playcalling in the first half...none.

Yikes, ok, so we are behind at the half, and that's ok? I really dont understand at all. We never throw the ball down field, the other team knows this. Hence they know the pass routes we run, they know what formations we run out of. Maybe I am used to watching teams that run effective offenses too much?

I am not even complaining at all mind you, I am simply saying I dont quite understand how peope can he happy with mediocrity.

I guess we have another case of the bi-week blues, the good news is that we dont have a bi-week next year. Maybe we can right the ship and get out with a win, but with both of our lines getting blown off the ball I have my doubts.

Where in the world did I say that was ok? However, I'm not ready to hit the panic button because execution was subpar in the first half.

That is true for about 99% of all teams in any level of football. It comes down to reads according to the defense.

This isn't playstation...you don't go deep every play. Again, Gonzo was wide open streaking down the field in the first half...is it JT's fault the ball didn;t get to him?

I am not panicing at all. But we are subpar in every game, for the past how many years. Nothing has changed offensively. Different formation, same conservative crap.

Didnt expect this game to be easy. Happy Valley always is a tough place to win.

Either you are Bob Davie or he is reading this. He just said the exact same thing.
