My Daughter , who lives in Texas and has dedicated her life to teaching and converting Texas youth to be BUckeye fans sent this letter.
It contains weather info for game time.

Hi Dad, That's great about the trophy!! Does that mean he won the contest?
I wore my OSU shirt to school today. All of my little boys were giving me
grief. If you want the weather, it should be in mid 80's for the game. You
can go to weather.com and type in Austin and get the hour-by-hour forecast.
Steve and I are going to go to Columbus in October. 20th-23rd. Tell mom.
It would be nice to see you guys maybe if you could come down on Sunday or something. We are going to try to go to the game on Saturday (Indiana)

Love you. I miss everybody. I will be planted in front of the tv tomorrow

I would like to wish all our Texas friends good luck. This two game series has been a pleasure. Anyone who has the college football mania like we do understands how great this is. No matter what happens tomorrow, I will never regret these games being on the schedule. Hopefully the rest of the college football world grows a pair and starts scheduling these great match ups...Bowl Game in September!!!

So my buddy and I partied and slept on campus last night. I have never seen a more arrogant, over-confident fan base than Texas right now. I can't wait to see all their stunned faces after we hand it to them. It will be a long fall back to earth.

Weather Service says 30% chance of Isolated T Storms for kick off and the better part of pre game. What does the local forecast say for those of you who are in Austin? Assuming it's raining, how does this effect the Ohio State gameplan, or does it really matter?

ok so i figured I would go do errands and get my mind off the game for a bit. Going out the door i pass a Buckeye sweat shirt hanging on the wall, hmm bad start. I go out the door and in closing it there stands my Brutus statue on the back step. As I back out the drive I notice how well my OSU flag looks hanging from the front porch. This could be harder than I thought.
Driving down the street it seems like everyone has a flag out, even the house with the 8 ft. Brutus The pregame pounding in my head is starting to come back , haha. Ok I made it to the bank. The teller looks great in her head scarf, face veil and #47 jersey. As i leave a guy comes in wearing a M**ch*gan shirt. I throw up a high five and say " YEAH LLOYD" hmmm he didnt return the ^5.
I never noticed before how many people in this town have Buckeye flags on their cars.
The donut shop has donuts in the form of OH-IO.
I close my eyes and drive home. Scary! good thing ive driven the road so many times i can do it blindfolded.
GO BUCKS!!!

i really do hope that more teams schedule big names during the season. this two game series has been great.

on a side note, im watching gameday. did you see the osu and texas fan that met last year in columbus and are married now? almost as bad as that epsn "without sports" commerical with the scum chick kissing the buckeye fan. i said almost.

With all due respect to Texas fans here on this board and elsewhere, I'm watching College Gameday and am a little disappointed with Texas Fan's creativity. Their signs SUCK!

Here are the best ones I've seen, which gives you some idea of the poor quality:
"Ready to lose a-Ginn?"
"At least we don't wear jorts, Haha"
"SeE the BuckeyeS Perish toNight" (with ESPN lining up vertically)
"OVERRATED" on the Block "O"
"College Gameday Longhorn Style"


Seriously, is that all you've got? I saw ONE sign that made me chuckle, and it said "EAT MORE LONGHORN" in the "EAT MORE CHICKEN" writing:

NOTE: All in good fun.
