Thank ya, thank ya, thank ya!

So far I have been surprised with breakfast in bed consisting of toast, coffee cake, yogurt and an apple... Most of the time my kids are still at the age where they adore me...

but wait, what is that I am hearing from the other room? arguing, screaming, yep... this is still my house and my kids still fight.. Happy Mother's Day to me! woohoo!!!!

Wow... that's a somewhat normal breakfast. No chips and salsa in there?

Happy Mother's Day to you and the other BP moms!

A female friend sent me a Happy Mothers Day message the other day...

I replied: I have been called a mother before... a number of times... and usually about 15 seconds before the fists started flyin'

She replied: Men.. so dumb.. it was for your wife, you ninny...

Sheez.. you women... if you'd just say what you mean instead of making us figure it out...

Even Matt Hayes gets in on the act.

Mother's Day for a Buckeye fanatic
May 13, 2007

We had a little celebration today, a Mother's Day event full of steak, corn on the cob, pole beans and, of course, college football.
What, I ask you, would a Mother's Day be without college football? Besides the flowers and self-deprecating "I am an idiot husband who fell ass-backward into marrying you" card, I bought my bride -- the Ohio State whack-job alum -- a cool wrought-iron garden sign that just happened to be in the form of the Ohio State logo
