Help with possible recruit

I am hoping someone might be able to help me with a football player from Fort Worth, TX. Currently he has been offered a full scholarship to USAFA, but would love the opportunity to play for Coach Meyer and the Buckeyes. He was a kickoff/punt returner/quarterback for his high school, but feels he would be better suited for a kickoff/punt returner/slot receiver. Currently the Buckeyes are looking at Stefon Diggs for several attributes, but mainly speed. This kid is faster than Stefon. Not only is he a great athlete, but also a tremendous person who loves to compete. Here's his vitals with a link to his junior year highlights. Thanks to anyone that can get his info in front of a person that would be able to contact him. Thanks!

40- 4.39
100- 10.54
Bench- 225
Squat- 360
Power Clean- 220

Thanks for all your help! I not a relative of Cade's just a friend who loves the Buckeyes and truly feels he would make a positive impact if given the opportunity. Cade was injured for part of the year so was limited to play. He sat out for 2 games and played several others not at 100%. He finished with 714 yards rushing (8.93/carry), 566 passing and 48 points scored. He played in the Tom Hillary All Star game. I did not attend the game, but was told by several coaches even though he was not officially the MVP, he should have been.
