One of the toughest to get rid of.

Good old "Prairie State" here in IL... we have shit that grows that, frankly, I have no frick'n clue as to what it is. When we built the house we only had half of the back yard that was reseeded and the balance was natural grown that was left untended for years. It took me two years to get it under control. The Nimblewill and Violets are my final nemeses.

In fall, though... we do get some kind of mushroom in the front yard (only and it was new growth from seed when we built) that has shown up the last couple of years. It's the strangest shroom I've ever seen. It ranges in color from brown to yellow-ish to orange and has a very hard (almost) shell around it. Have no clue what it is.
