I'm pretty lame, too. I like plain ol' pepperoni on my pizza. I'm always in the hunt for a way to improve, though. I've tried ham, turkey, bacon, salami, pastrami, corned beef.. I don't know if I've ever tried steak. But that's not the kind of thing I typically have lying around the house. I've tried all those toppings with banana peppers (the only vegetable that's allowed on my pizza) as well as without. Still nothing beats plain ol' pepperoni.

Stuffed, with extra sauce. Toppings can be pepperoni, sausage (good Italian sausage makes a difference), mushrooms, chicken, and ground red pepper.

No thanks to green peppers and anchovies.

When in Italy a few years ago, I liked quattro formaggio (translation shouldn't be needed) and margherita.
