Picked this up on my last visit to Frisco...

Intersting tour, if I might say so myself. So myself.

Because you like "guns"? I'm scared.

Oh, and to further clear my heterosexual name, while I may or may not have been the second gunman on the grassy knoll, and may or may not have participated in some late night activity later that same day, the seven girls that were participating with me were all Islamic virgins. Honest. Except they weren't.

weight loss plan? I have heard people talk about it, what are your comments on his ideas?
If you are serious about losing weight, get the Dr. Phil book and food guide. Read it and follow/complete the seven concepts. It is proven to work without the risks associated with high cholesterol or high fat diets. Good luck. There are support groups everywhere including on-line.

...Problem is, your body will lose the ability to digest carb's, therefore if you go carb free for any significant period of time, you will never be able to eat many without gaining the weight back...

Actually, if your body cannot digest carbs, then you can't gain weight...you have to be able to digest food in order to either burn it as energy or store it as body fat.

I did the Atkins back in 1997 when it really started being well known. I lost a lot of weight fast (205 to 188 at 6'0" tall in just over a month), and was able to keep it there by restricting, but not eliminating, my carb intake. After about a year, I went off of it, and gained 20 pounds in under two months despite maintaining my exercise regimen. The diet works if done right. The only drawback I had was I was tired as shit for the first two weeks of the diet while my body was adjusting to the very low carb intake.
