O-State.com S.I.D
Just wanted to come over here and drop by since we've had so many great folks from this board drop by the site I help run, www.o-state.com.
I'm the columnist for the site, and I give my comments on Oklahoma State sports. In the coming days and weeks, I'll do some stuff about the Alamo Bowl and try to scout Ohio State for my site. So, if you want to learn a little bit about OSU (mind you these are just columns, not in-depth numbers pieces), then head over there to check it out.
Anyway, I look forward to checking out your site over this month and I hope to meet some of you in San Antonio. And for the ones who haven't stopped by o-state.com yet, please do! But keep in mind we might also be talking about our Top-Five basketball team or No. 1-ranked wrestling team. Things are good for OSU athletics right now!
For fun, I've posted some of my stuff from the season in this thread. Please feel free to give me comments on anything you read.
Thanks again!
My thoughts on the BCS: http://www.o-state.com/football/2004/12/06/bcs-its-better-but-still-broken
A look back at the worst game of the season, Texas: http://www.o-state.com/football/2004/11/08/texas-comeback-massacre
My take on the recent history of the Bedlam Series (anything with the evil empire known as Oklahoma) and how it's competitive now: http://www.o-state.com/football/2004/10/29/a-dozen-scary-years-for-ou-in-bedlam
A look at the growth of our freshman QB, Donovan Woods. Speficially, after the big win (at the time) against Mizzou: http://www.o-state.com/football/2004/10/28/behind-the-eight-ball
Another column about the post-Mizzou win. Remember, they were good. Or were supposed to be. lol: http://www.o-state.com/football/2004/10/26/show-me-statement
This was a column I did most of the football season. It looked back at the week that was in the Big 12, but in a joking manner. Basically, it was a parody column I called "The Dirty Dozen Review." : http://www.o-state.com/football/2004/10/25/dirty-dozen-review-paper-tigers
And this was my preview of the big OSU-Syracuse game that took place last night in NYC: http://www.o-state.com/basketball/2004/12/07/manhattan-madness
