I thought Michigan's real rival was Michigan State?

This year's game...

This year's game should be very entertaining. We really have nothing to lose. scUM has all of these guys who have come back to lay it all on the line! Ha ha, it's going to be great to rub their noses in it.

its like this

Michigan States main rival is Michigan.

Michigan's main rivals is and always HAS been Ohio State.

ask any michigan fan who there main rival is and if anyone of them says michigan state, they are not a michigan fan at all!

Michigan States game of the year is against michigan, even michigan players and alumni will attest that the MSU fans and players take the game more serious than they do. Michigans game of the year is and always has been the Ohio State game.

Factoid...m*ch*g*n has not tasted victory against the Buckeyes in football or basketball in nearly three years. February 29, 2004 was the last victory.

I think you answered that question, with this one:
Don't both teams have to win one every once in a while for it to be considered a "rivalry"?
:wink2:

Anyway, our biggest rival is definitely Ohio State. If a Michigan fan thinks it's MSU, then they know too many obnoxious MSU fans at work or something.

What we say is our biggest rivalry depends on who we're talking to and whether or not we feel like pushing their buttons
