Illinois vs. Ohio State, Sunday, Noon, FS1

pretty good team. idk if they are final4 good but they can def make a run. need to stop getting behind by 10pts right out of the gate every game

If KBD plays his game, this team should make the Sweet 16. Anything beyond that will be a bonus. The gnawing feeling in my gut though is how much of this is the result of a weak Big Ten, and we won't really know until the first weekend of the NCAA tournament.

I don't think the B1G is as weak as we all think. Sparty rolled through almost their entire non-conference and yet hasn't exactly been lighting up teams in the B1G. B1G is down but it ain't the SEC East. I think the Buckeyes have made huge strides since the early part of the year and they're a very formidable team.

This is not a NC team, but it is a surprisingly good team. The mark of a good team is winning when you have an off game. Given the suspension hours before the game, I understand how a small, tight-knit unit might be affected emotionally.

Goodness, time to pull together!

Man I saw this game a lot differently. I thought it was a great win. Illinois isn't that bad and they came in with a good game plan and they got after our asses. They hit us with their best shot and we withstood and kicked their asses. We were tough. We hustled. We fought. We played D. I thought it was a great gritty performance. Our best player took control when we needed him to. Our bench played solid mins. Our bigs stayed out of foul trouble and got their bigs in foul trouble. We out rebounded the piss out of them on shear effort.

I will take games like this every day of the week and twice on Sundays. Versus watched Loving, Williams, and Lyle loaf up and down the fucking court. No thanks. Now that shit I did not like to watch. Tate, Dakich, CJ, the Wessons, and KBD getting after it, yeah count me in.

yeah, indiana got smoked by ipfw and indiana state at home. just because they gave msu a game, doesn't mean the conference has parity. msu had 1 good win in the non-conf, against unc who is 6-5 in the acc. They didn't play their typical strong schedule this year.

Great comeback win down 15 in the 1st half down late in the 2nd half and things looking bleak they turn it around to pull it out. Now this sets up the game of the year so far.

Was going to be awfully tough to win at Purdue with Cam going to be that much harder without him.

Season defining game Wednesday as far as a chance to actually win a share of the Big Ten regular season championship or not.

calling a game the bucks are HEAVY underdog in the season defining game is just setting up for disappointment.. I would say beating the #1 ranked MSU team was the season defining game for a team we didnt think would even make the tournament... everything from this point on is just house money
