I am a huge huge Buckeye fan and live in New York City. I just know that Meyer has reached his end like in Florida in year 6. I want us to not follow the same history those people had. He will run if he cannot get his quaterback. The team and offense is qb driven. This is not sustainable. Ohio St has never been a qb school. Once a qb of his liking will not sign here, we will be in for a long year meaning very few wins. You better hope Haskins is the real deal, or we will not have to fire him. He will run himself.

Well use your high IQ and learn how to put together a proper fucking sentence.

Just a tip it's sort of fucking rude to just tell folks "I know more then you" because you don't know us. You don't know our accomplishments, our IQ, our football background, or our educational background. So don't just come out and claim Youre the only one who gets it.

If you're going to insult people on their ability to "get" things then yeah you're damn right I'm going to point out how ridiculous you look.

Sad part is i agree with some of what you're saying but firing urban would be stupid. Do we need to address our culture, how we recruit, and even our system? Yeah we sure do because nothing at this point is off limits. You don't get dropped by 77 points in 3 losses in 10 games in any circumstances so yes something is wrong.

However firing one of the most proven coaches ever isn't smart. If you fancy yourself a smart guy then consider this Mark Dantonio lost more games last year then urban has so far in six seasons.

Even before Meyer got here, we had plenty of talent based on recruiting. He got here, we have had stacked rosters. Our second unit could beat most big 10 teams with Dantonio. Keep defending him being so awesome. Dantonio is a hero and a goat for what he has done. Guy has slow players, his teams execute.

Recruiting is an approximation where your team should be in standings. Michigan State should be a mid tier team at best. Dantonio has owned Michigan and Ohio St which recruit far better. That is the point. Tell Gene Smith these recruiting rankings and output of teams in big games, and he will get the message I am sending here.

Well the guy from Missouri Zeke was pretty good. We just didn't run the ball with him and cost the 2015 season against Sparty. Meyer has done enough for me to fire him. Look I think in state recruiting is a little overrated. Saban gets most of his players from Louisiana, Florida and not Alabama. I am in favor of raiding Florida and building classes from that state and sprinkling Ohio for lineman.

JT Barrett is far superior as a passer to Brantley and he's honestly ahead of Tebow as well. Comparing Barrett to a guy like Brantley is stupid hyperbole....

No my point is the quaterback has to run, do the read option and throw. He is a quaterback everything offense. What happens if a shitty quaterback like Brantley enters the picture? See 2010 Florida. I am not calling him a fraud because of his win - loss record and 3 titles, but he is an avg coach. Dantonio is superior.

No other coach asks a quaterback to do what Meyer does. It is ridiculous. How many designed runs and option runs does he do. The sad thing is , with a pro style offense we could go undefeated and beat Alabama. Just run the running backs and sprinkle in a pass or 2 like Georgia.

Put down the bong bro....this team just got completely schooled by Iowa. You have a JT fetish but that won't fix the fucking defense that gave up 48 points and however many yards today and a defense that ALSO looked like complete dogshit against Ped State last week.

Would it get manhandled with Dantonio? No because his team is fundamentally sound. You ain't running over a Dantonio coached Ohio St ever.
