Im thinking of getting ESPN webcast....

HilmerJ

Heisman
or whatever it is called....where you can see OSU and other games online, live....i have DSL so there is no problem, but i was wondering if anyone has it, if they could tell me if they like it.....is it worth the $75.00 mid season price?...how is the quality...do you get every ohio state game?

thanks...

I would research on the internet as wel to see how good the coverage was... I seem to remember a lot of stories from people where they wouldn't get every football game... I can only imagine how they would avoid missing other games in bball. I'm totally speculating tho...

Why not just get ESPN Gameplan/FrontCourt?

Or are you at work when the games are on?

Thump, I could see the football games fine, most of the time. If everyone crowded in though, the coverage was less perfect. I think, though, that it was due to the pipe being full from South Africa to the US and the ESPN technical people did try to followup and help out. So, technically, I'm betting it would be fine in the Columbus, due to Compuserve/AOL pipe (once the second leading internet hub in the world there in central Ohio).

But I'm assuming HilmerJ is here on the mainland so why get it online instead of on television?

Is it b/c of cost or what?

i live in an apartment complex and they are not allowed DirecTV or any other dishes....plus, a terrible cable package....not really an option for the tv package.

but i think im over the thought of paying for any bball games, considering 45Forever is doing a great job in putting some of the games on torrents for download.
