Looks like a baller, would love to have him in this class. Add him to Mathis and hopefully Merritt (maybe Caesar), and that would be a great DE class.Visiting March 7th, expect an offer.
And then things get interesting

Dude looks well coached, reads his keys really well, is physical and his body control/change of direction is crazy.

Notre Dame, Tennessee, Texas, Michigan, Ohio State, USC and Duke have emerged as the favorites to land Shanklin, one of 2025's biggest risers along the defensive line. He's jumped 120 spots in the recruiting rankings since January and picked up an offer during a visit with the Buckeyes this week. The Fighting Irish are the Crystal Ball favorite to land Shankin, but Ryan Day and Co. "will be really competitive for Shanklin's signature moving forward," according to national recruiting analyst Steve Wiltfong.
