I'm telling you guys what... he can crush the ball... I can drive pretty well (long).... and I'm telling you what... I smoked a ball off the tee on the back... got two bounces on the cart path and his drive was still 10 yards past me... it was pretty impressive. But its pretty fun in a scramble when when you hit one 290- 300 and you aren't using that one. :wink2:

Anyway... we got things together pretty well on the back, and were lucky enough, when Nasty did have a bad shot that one of the rest of us was able to come up with something... I didn't really find my swing until about #5 or 6...

the other guy (Linc) that golfed with us looks like a damned indian today, his face is so red still!!!

next summer we'll do another one and i'll be drinking then so i can show you boys how to drink beers. HOMO's

we need to play in Canton/Akron somewhere, or if you guys want some GREAT links style golf, there is a great place in Columbiana (south of Ytown) called the Links at Firestone Farms

Seriously, let's set this up. Sean, or Shawn, or however you spell it (scarletandgrey) did all the work on this one, so let's let somebody else set up the next one. I call "not it".

If we have it closer to Picktown, like at Turnberry or something, then everybody can come over to my house afterwards and we can play some poker.

I'm down for whatever... I'll just need a couple of weeks notice so I can save up some money this time and get some practice. I really did have a blast. The only thing that I was disappointed with was the fact that we really didn't get to meet each other that well... I mean we all introduced ourselves and shook hands but I was hoping to get to know everyone better.

You mean the 16 year old? Yeah, she was smoking. Scarletandgrey was trying to throw some game at her, I believe, after he found out she was 20. Don't know if he had any luck, though.

SIMV - I agree, I got to know the guys in my group pretty well, but didn't get much of a chance to talk to you or the others. That's why some drinking and poker after golf would be nice.

I saw you take a few swings on the range. I could tell right away you were not being the ball. Be the Ball SIMV, Be the Ball.

From what I saw on the range you were actually being a spot on the ground about a foot behind the ball and an inch or two deep in the ground.:biggrin:

she was 20, SIMV was all on her until the cockblockers that came with me interfered with him and totally broke up the nice little converstation he had going on...i'm sorry for that, i owe you a beer.

she was damn fine! i love legs that are that tan...yummy....
