Everybody is somebody else's weirdo.
Ohio State basketball vs IUPUI preview: TV info, key players, starters, prediction

Ohio State basketball will face IUPUI in the second of three straight home games.

The matchup was added to the Buckeyes’ schedule to help make up for COVID-canceled December games against Kentucky, UT Martin and New Orleans.

OSU is the only Power Five school on the Jaguars’ schedule and they’ve yet to beat a Division I team this season.

What: No. 19 Ohio State (11-4, 5-2 Big Ten) vs. IUPUI (1-14, 0-6 Horizon League).

Where: Schottenstein Center, Columbus, Ohio.

When: Today, 7 p.m.

TV: Big Ten Network

Prediction

Stephen’s pick: IUPUI’s one win this season came against a Division III school. The Buckeyes should be in no danger of adding themselves to that list. This is simply a tune-up game for a team getting a short break from Big Ten opponents. 101-60 Ohio State.

They do have a 20 point win over Spalding University.
Less impressive once you realize they just rolled these out there as the opponent.

I love the heart and fight in these guys but we just aren't a great team. Seeing too much poor situational awareness still. I am absolutely sure the layoff killed everything they had going but the mental stuff is still really rough. I keep waiting for the light to come back on.

Yep, the way they were playing before the layoff was genuinely exciting even if it was still obviously flawed in spots. The games since the break haven't been nearly as good and don't inspire any kind of confidence for the remainder of the season yet.

Eh he's been playing a lot of crap lineups to get guys minutes it seems. Not sure the route I would go. I'd get flow with normal lineups rather then playing so many guys

Damnit Ahrens shot is off by a literal inch still and just wont fall. Shoot all the negative balls out this game so they'll come back for the conference grind.

I wish more than just Zed and Kyle flashed across the lane hard and opened themselves up. Lazy cuts are frustrating.

Kyle has just been off this year as well. Last year Kyle helps this team a lot cause he's get some bunnies and getting them going with effort.
