Kid has DWI, kills 4 pedestrians, says he suffers from "affluenza"...gets probation

Ah, yes, I remember the "Affluenza" case. Given the outcome, one can understand why the kid's father would imagine he was the law.

Let's see...this was the same disease-riddled case where the defense attorney suffered from Bovine Merdeorrhea and the entire court system in Texas was afflicted with Hyper Hypocritosis.

This BS infuriates the living hell out of me. Jackass is 18 now. Nobody's baby boy any more. He needs to be put away where he can never breed.

There's an old derogatory term directed at poor idiots: "white trash."
Can we coin a new term for meritless moneyed families like this one, and call them "green trash"?

That kid should be in fucking prison. I'd love for a poor kid from a single parent household to use a defense of "poorfluenzia" where he never had resources or guidance to 'know better' because he never faced consequences of his actions. Yea I'm sure that would pass as a legit defense.

That reminds me, I have a friend, that back in the early post college days, had some pretty shitty jobs and car and and apartment he couldn't afford... so, we'd call him to go out boozing, and he'd be all, "Sorry, I'm not feeling well"

The guy being somewhat of a Teutophile, we'd attribute his malady to a case of the "Deutschmark Flu"

So maybe its a thing. Can't even afford Jaegermeister.
