Visiting Ohio State next week according to Steve Wiltfong (Bucknuts Morning Five, 27 February 2020); also visited last year for the Penn State game (23 November 2019). Upcoming official visit to Oklahoma (17 April 2020).

Ohio State has not yet offered, but the Buckeyes will be a major player if they pursue (according to Wiltfong).

Not sure how the staff would use him, ie: position but the kid is a solid D1 football player no doubt.

Pretty impressive film from just an all around perspective. Seems like he can do it all.

Every class has a few reaches that I don’t get (not counting the desperate times to get bodies to plug thin position groups) and I find myself thinking there must be better guys, like this.

Not calling him a reach at all, in fact I could see this kid getting some big time offers. I’m just saying that, when a guy like Wiltfong hints that this kid would be a strong lean if offered, then I think of older classes with a few players I’d swap out for this kind of recruit all day.

I'm not saying that the comparison is exact, but....

In high school Darron Lee was a 6-foot-2, 195-pound quarterback/cornerback. At Ohio State, he added forty pounds, got his forty time down to 4.43, and became a first round draft pick.

If you've got any reason to believe that Jantzen Dunn could be the next Darron Lee, then you take a chance, find a roster spot, and sign him.

My point exactly.

Also Craig Young came to mind but not sure his measurables. And I believe Young has already flashed in some games if I recall despite a loaded LB room. Cream will rise.
