LMAO.......I love watching kobe miss game winning shots. They are few and far between, but last nights game was awesome........

I think the Lakers would disagree with home teams getting the calls after last night.......wow to the end of that game. I frigging loved it.

Did you only watch the highlights? The Lakers got the vast majority of calls last night. 20 free throws to 11 in favor of the Lakers, and that's after the foul on Kidd at the end, which was intentionally given. Towards the end of at least 2 quarters, the Lakers purposely gave a foul as they were not in the bonus. That's a nice luxury to have. The end of the first half particularly saw the whistle go in favor of the home team.

no doubt it was one sided, as usual, but when it mattered most, they definitely let them play. Which is how it should be in the playoffs. Regular season, they would have called a foul for kobe falling. they could have easily called a moving screen on kobes last shot too.

Dirk's had the pieces several times and underachieved. But as long as he knocks the Lakers out of it, it's all good.

That high arcing fadeaway that he hit over Pau and got the foul was sick.
The '06 Finals team had Terry, Adrian Griffin (who?), Juwan Howard, and Diop as his starting teammates. With Stackhouse and Dampier as the primary backups (Devan Harris too).

He certainly didn't do his part to help the cause, but that team isn't that good (against D-Wade, Shaq, and the refs- Heat shot 55 more FTs in their 4 wins).

Dirk's probably had some other good teams, but either way, it looks like the pieces are really there this year with a veteran, but resurgent, Kidd (+ Terry and Haywood off the bench).

Eh, I am not a fan of either team--I just want the one that has the better chance of beating Miami to move on.

that has to be LA. Their size underneath is going to cause the most problems for Miami.

I don't know enough about OKC or Memphis to say how well they match up.

Get LA out of there and I like how there's a fresh group of teams. I hate watching the same team win it year in and year out......unless it's a team I can stand.
