If fucking Andrew Bynum would get whistled even half the times he mugs someone he would foul out every game.

OKC has a real shot in this series, Kobe will lose it if things don't go completely his way. Couple that with "the freak" Artest, who could stab someone at any time and you have a recipe for disaster.

Goo lord is Durrant good at getting fouls called for him. He does this little thing where he drops the ball down and on the outside of his hip. He waits for the defender to switch up his stance and put his hands out and he quickly whips the ball to the other side drawing the contact. Durant might be the best offensive player in the league. I'd still take Lebron over him because he brings way more to the table (defense, making teammates better, etc.).

I think OKC should work through Jeff Green a little bit more. He's got Gasol guarding him and should be able to drive by him at will.

Durant is the best scorer in the league, and his is right up there with Lebron as far as best offensive player. Lebron is clearly ahead of him because he can distribute the ball so incredibly well. But Durant makes his teammates better because he routinely puts them into great positions. Today they didn't convert, but they should be confident going into game 2.

Durant may be a great scorer, but he will not be considered one of the best players in the league until he becomes a closer and better overall player. He lead the league in scoring, but as other people have said it isn't a great passer. Durant does not look to make the extra pass. He gets the balls and tries to score, or pass it off if he is totally denied.

And, as we have seen in the Lakers series, Durant cannot close a game out or give his team a chance. He had multiple opportunities to make it a 1 point game or even take the lead, but could not get it done and turned the ball over in the clutch.

Another thing i've noticed is he does not seem like a leader when he is on teh court. He seems like a very quiet guy and gets down on himself when he plays bad. To be a great player, you need to be a leader and when you have a bad game, make/help other people step up.

Give him a few more years i think he could be one of the best players in teh NBA. He just needs to work on passing and making the extra pass. Experience is really the only thing that will help him in the clutch. Experience and a few more years will also help with the leadership that he seems to currently be lacking.
