Land Loss in Louisiana

This is a unique opportunity to purchase future beachfront property at a reasonable price. Go with the flow.

Kind of the reverse of buying swamp land in Florida.

i just gotta hope the water stops at my property line when the time comes.
unfortunately, i think it'll be farther north than me.

Staggering. But what exactly can be done about it? The Moon is going to do moon things and cause tides. Florida is losing land, and certainly every coastal area is. Erosion happens.

It happens faster in Louisiana, Alabama, Mississippi, & Florida than in other states. It is due to the "SEC speed".
