LB A.J. Hawk (2x All-American, Lombardi Trophy, National Champion, Super Bowl Champion)

Poluzney (sp?) I believe is out for the season with injuries and that wont help him out much. Hodge and Greenway have been good with leading the conference in tackles but they ahvent made a significant impact on every game they play. Hawk forces fumbles, interceptions, can drop into coverage, blitz sacks and pretty much play anywhere you need him. Lets go Hawk!

i can't remember the last time a lb has impressed me as much as hawk has and that includes many a buckeye great. no matter how the awards situation unfolds, he's going to get less than he deserves. im still having a hard time fully grasping that this is his last season.

Jim Davidson got some great shots of AJ against the Gophers. My favorite ...

What are your predictions for A.J. once he enters the League?

I think he's gonna be Tenacious on D (pun intended). But they way he runs around and his knowledge of the game are so important. Not many linebackers have his ability. I think A.J. will make a bigger impact than most top 10 pick linebackers have in the past. He has all the right tools.

Ps- I'm also a Browns fan and I hope they draft him!

Did anybody see the cheap shot (hit him at the knees from hehind) #57 of the Illini put on A. J., Hawk went to the sidelines pointing and calling him out. It could have been a serious injury if his spike would have caught, etc.

Yeah, everyone pretty much saw it, everyone but the shitty big 10 refs...

Pisses me off when they cant even spot a cheapshot.
