at least until another (now) gray-haired gent took on the coaching reins in Columbus, OH.

Guess I'm going to have to get used to these LOI day surprises of a positive nature.

Truly a huge get by the staff and I'm looking forward to seeing Grant live up to his potential for the Buckeyes.

Well, I can tell you when I knew.

In the link I provided they had Grant chatting with the people around him for about 20 minutes. At about 15 minutes before he announced Grant leaned over to someone off camera and said they'd "better get ready for some bowl games".

At that point the writing was on the walls. Well, that and the words of certain posters from Buckeye Planet.
